      • For wallets charged an in-and-out fee of 0.02%, the maximum allowable negotiable discount shall be 0.05%.
      • For wallets charged an in-and-out fee of 0.05%, the allowable discount shall be 0.08%.
    • 4.3. Payment Requirements: All transaction fees must be remitted from an external wallet and cannot be deducted from the wallet balance held within Finzops Wallet.
